Our services range from pedagogical consulting for lecturers, infrastructure services for digital teaching (LMS, lecture recording, video conferencing and more) to the management of student data. Additionally virtUOS is also a research and development department, where several software developers work on open-source educational software, and pedagogues research the effect of digital teaching projects.

It coordinates the Digital Literacy Network, which brings together 35 civil society and public sector organisations. Through research and policy development, Telecentar provides evidence-based recommendations that have been incorporated into key national frameworks, including the Digital Croatia Strategy 2032, the National Education System Development Plan 2027, and the Policy Programme Path to the Digital Decade 2030.
