Associate professor Predrag Pale, Ph.D. and assistant professor Juraj Petrović, Ph.D. are members of the educational technology research group at the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, Department of Electronic Systems and Information Processing. Interests of the group are related to using ICT in education and include research and development of lecture capture technology, research of lecture capture usage outcomes, computer-based assessment, and scalability in large-enrolment classes.

Italian Association for Media Education (MED)

MED is the Italian Association for Media Education. It was founded in 1996 by a group of academics, media professionals, teachers, and educators. Among other publications, since 2010, MED has published the journal Media Education. (https://oaj.fupress.net/index.php/med/index) MED works in the field of training teachers, school leaders, educators, university students, social workers, and media professionals. It also carries out projects (both national and international) for the experimentation of media education activities in formal and non-formal educational settings. In addition to regional events and training courses, since 1996, it has organised a national Summer School in Media Education. MED is accredited by the Italian Ministry of Education for teachers’ training.
