We are the AudioVisual department of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. We provide assistance, infrastructure projects, innovative technologies like 360° immersive rooms, lending service and content production.

The Digital Learning and Multimedia Office is in charge of managing, promoting and updating hardware and software for online teaching and for technological support to research and traditional teaching. The Office also provides a range of services such as filming, streaming, editing, consulting and training. The Office knowledge and skills are made available to the University professors and staff. In particular, the Office organises workshops and training activities for staff and provides specific consultancy for design and supply of courses. The Office also promotes and realises a range of multimedia products, such as MOOCs, video lessons and video tutorial for self-learning. The Office is additionally in charge of distributing online scientific contents through different platforms and manages the Moodle platform for University Schools, Departments and other offices.

Hogeschool van Amsterdam (HvA)

We are part of the Hogeschool van Amsterdam (Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences), an organisation that provide 45.00 students with a meaningful education. Our department provides the weblectures for students. We also run a studio (New Media Services) in which we record knowledge clips for teachers and support livestream webinars.

They offer video recording services tailored for teaching and communication, along with live streaming capabilities for online or hybrid events. Their video editing expertise ensures that your content is professional and engaging. Additionally, DTU Media Lab provides professional photography services, capturing high-quality images for various events and projects. They also specialise in podcast production, assisting you from planning to recording and editing, to create compelling audio content. Embracing the latest in technology, the lab supports extended reality (XR) content creation, including virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and mixed reality (MR), adding an immersive dimension to your projects.
